      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team to achieve new sales quotas and renewal targets for revenue growth
      - Ensure territories are fully staffed and participate in recruitment efforts
      - Provide coaching and training to Senior Sales Executives to meet sales goals
      - Manage regional territory with monthly reporting on performance and expenses
      - Foster positive relationships with customers and assist in escalation issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA or JD is a plus
      - 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the Business to Business marketplace
      - Previous sales management experience, preferably in the legal market
      - Proven ability in coaching sales processes and professional development
      - Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities

      - Strong leadership skills with a track record of sales success
      - Familiarity with products and services for the Small Law Channel
      - Proficiency in using financial tools for planning and productivity improvement
      - Effective negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders
