      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain customer relationships within the regional market to enhance collaboration with key accounts
      - Lead the development of the annual budget and trade spend strategy for key accounts
      - Manage monthly and quarterly meetings with customers to review business performance and present new products
      - Formulate and implement a business plan and sales strategy for the regional market to achieve sales goals
      - Oversee trade spend management and forecasting using the spend management system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales within the Conventional Grocery Trade or equivalent experience
      - Experience in managing brokers and distributors in the grocery channel
      - Proven track record in account management, particularly with HEB
      - Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPINS/IRI/NIELSEN)
      - Valid driver's license and vehicle

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of current sales and business development concepts and practices
      - Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
      - Familiarity with retail environments and strategic sales initiatives
