What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue growth and profitability in the assigned Mid-West region through effective sales strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and end-users of Seek Fire Products
- Organize and execute over 150 training events annually to enhance product knowledge and usage
- Update CRM daily with activity reporting and manage lead generation activities
- Negotiate dealer agreements and manage customer relationships to ensure sales targets are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience as a regional sales manager, national account manager, or territory manager in the fire channel
- BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling technology products/hardware within the fire channel
- Background in thermal technologies
- Proven track record of building long-lasting partnerships and driving sales growth
