      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute short and long-term sales objectives and strategies for the market
      - Manage relationships with key accounts to ensure distribution, ordering, and brand visibility
      - Conduct planning, forecasting, and analysis of promotional effectiveness and inventory management
      - Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to align on growth strategies and sales performance metrics
      - Train and support distributor personnel and internal sales representatives in the field

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be located in Northern California
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the grocery and natural/specialty sectors
      - At least 3 years of experience working with a large-scale beverage DSD network
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
      - Willingness to travel 50% of the time and work weekends at trade shows as needed

      - Experience successfully launching new DSD products in a high-growth category
      - Proven track record in brand building within the beverage industry
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop sales management tools from scratch
      - Detail-oriented project management experience with a high workload capacity
      - A passion for sales and a strong work ethic with a "can-do" attitude
