      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage business operations to increase sales and profitability in the Mid-Atlantic Region
      - Oversee the sales team's performance, providing mentorship and coaching
      - Create and implement marketing strategies and sales plans for the region
      - Ensure effective communication with other regions and senior leaders
      - Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree in business or a related field
      - Minimum of 10 years of direct work experience, including at least 5 years in a management role
      - Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
      - Proven ability to lead and direct sales teams
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the building products industry
      - Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques
      - Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
      - Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders
      - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Oracle
