What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a business plan to exceed sales goals
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
- Educate customers on the value of the employer's offerings during the sales process
- Communicate the value proposition effectively across various organizational levels, from engineers to CxOs
- Accurately forecast sales and consistently meet or exceed targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs)
- Experience working with at least one early-stage start-up organization
- Proven track record of acquiring 5+ new logos annually and navigating a complex sales process
- Experience selling through a channel-led approach
- Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions
