What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Formulate and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned region
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of independent sales representatives
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, and distributors
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of sales experience in the medical equipment industry, with at least two years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the medical exam room equipment
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
