      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a Regional Sales Team to achieve sales objectives and manage business results
      - Develop and execute regional and territory business plans to drive sales growth
      - Build and maintain key customer relationships with target audiences
      - Conduct regional sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize outcomes and access resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant industry/commercial environment as a sales manager
      - Proven track record of leading a team of 8 or more representatives
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
      - Deep domain knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry, with molecular diagnostics experience strongly preferred
      - Comfortable selling at the executive level, with strong communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling oncology-based tests and services into the pathology and oncology clinical communities
      - Familiarity with complex selling environments and the financial dynamics of a commercial organization
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce.com for sales management
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
