      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build long-term, strategic plans with internal partners to maximize client success and revenue
      - Engage with clients to build trust and enable the use of the employer's platform and services
      - Develop and maintain relationships with product users and key decision-makers to drive revenue growth
      - Oversee all territory account activities from prospecting to closing deals
      - Provide timely and accurate business forecasting and gather intelligence on competitor activity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of successful industry sales experience, particularly in software, services, platform integration, and/or network services (SaaS and cloud experience is a MUST)
      - Must reside in Pennsylvania
      - Experience managing large/strategic accounts with long sales cycles
      - Proven relationships with senior decision-makers within the designated territory
      - Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field

      - Demonstrated understanding of PSAP and stakeholder agency technology and services
      - Experience in creating and executing long-term sales plans
      - Strong technical orientation with the ability to articulate complex solution offerings
      - Self-motivated with a proactive "create the solution" philosophy
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
