      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop a comprehensive business plan to exceed sales goals
      - Manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing deals
      - Help customers understand the value of the employer's offerings during the sales process
      - Communicate the value proposition effectively across all organizational levels, from engineers to CxOs
      - Forecast sales predictably and achieve designated sales targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, specifically targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs)
      - Experience with at least one earlier stage start-up organization
      - Proven track record of acquiring 5+ new logos annually and managing complex sales processes
      - Experience with a channel-led sales approach
      - Ability to generate demand within a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology
