      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a long-term pipeline generation strategy
      - Meet and exceed license, support, and service revenue targets
      - Identify and expand sales opportunities within large enterprise accounts
      - Establish relationships across diverse stakeholders within client organizations
      - Provide timely feedback to corporate functions based on customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to large enterprises
      - Proven track record of new business development and exceeding sales targets
      - Strong executive presence and exceptional listening skills
      - Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
      - Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using partners, channels, and alliances to enhance sales efficiency
      - Background in IT systems, enterprise management, DevOps, or analytics
      - Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Force Management, MEDDPICC, and Challenger
      - Proven success in subscription, SaaS, or cloud software sales
