Job Overview:
Powur is seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager for Nevada, specializing in closing pre-qualified leads in the solar energy residential sector. This role is pivotal in our Nevada operations, focusing solely on converting assigned leads into successful sales. Unlike typical sales roles, this position does not involve any lead generation or lead qualification and concentrates exclusively on the final stages of the sales process, ensuring the completion of sales transactions within the state. This role offers flexible work hours of under 29 hours a workweek.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Lead Closure: Focus exclusively on closing pre-qualified leads within Nevada. No lead generation is required.
Sales Presentations: Conduct in-home or virtual presentations exclusively with pre-identified leads.
Solution Customization: Tailor solar energy solutions based on the specific needs of each lead.
Contract Negotiation: Efficiently negotiate contracts, focusing on aligning with customer needs and Powur's business objectives.
Customer Engagement: Educate assigned leads on solar energy's benefits, aligning with their energy requirements.
Post-Sale Support: Ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries in coordination with Powur's cross-functional teams.
Operational Support: Meet regularly with operations managers for Nevada to review post-sales progress and address any challenges with completing projects in a timely manner.
Success Metrics: Meet a minimum weekly and monthly quota of closed leads and maintain minimum conversion rates and non-cancel rates on deal pipeline.
Code of Conduct: All sales practices need to abide by all applicable local and federal laws in addition to Powur's Sales Policies & Procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, with a focus on closing solar deals.
- Specific experience in the solar or renewable energy sector in Nevada highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
This is a W2 commission-only role, while adhering to any state minimum pay requirements
Attractive commission structure on closed deals.
This position is non-exempt and will need to track hours worked
This role is strictly limited to the state of Nevada.
