      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a Regional Sales Team to achieve sales objectives and manage revenue and expenses
      - Develop and execute regional and territory business plans, aligning with company goals
      - Build and maintain key customer relationships with academic medical centers and large cancer centers
      - Conduct regional sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
      - Oversee the performance evaluation of Clinical Account Executives and manage CRM solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant industry/commercial environment as a sales manager, leading a team of 8+ representatives
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
      - Deep domain knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry, with molecular diagnostic experience strongly preferred
      - Proven track record in complex selling environments, particularly in oncology
      - Strong administrative skills and ability to manage business in complex environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling oncology-based tests and services into pathology and oncology clinical communities
      - Demonstrated success in recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining talent
      - Knowledge of the payor and reimbursement environment in the oncology and diagnostic space
      - Advanced presentation skills and business acumen
      - Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
