      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to individual accounts
      - Manage relationships with contracted rep groups, dealers, and independent retailers
      - Conduct sales calls to current and prospective customers to promote products and services
      - Identify customer needs and key decision-makers within organizations
      - Record and analyze account information to refine sales strategies and objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum 5 years of progressive technical sales experience in a refrigeration-related environment, or 7-10 years of similar experience
      - Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence results through others
      - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to establish effective relationships
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
