      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, identify, and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned region
      - Develop and deliver presentations demonstrating products and software to various customer levels
      - Conduct market research to create effective regional strategies for business growth
      - Manage Value Added Resellers to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
      - Complete biweekly sales activity reports and forecasts, summarizing all relevant sales activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of sales, account management, or criminal justice electronic monitoring experience
      - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
      - Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales plans
      - Proficient with Sales CRM systems and Microsoft Office
      - Clean driving record and personal credit card for travel-related expenses

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with criminal justice agencies
      - Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Communication, or a related field
      - Familiarity with project management and account management principles
      - Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment
