      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Attend in-person builder meetings to support sales teams
      - Enter and maintain estimate files and sales quotes
      - Provide customer training with sales systems as needed
      - Assist in planning regional builder meetings and events
      - Collaborate with district sales managers to prepare estimates and facilitate communication between estimators and builders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience in the pre-engineered metal building industry
      - Strong communication skills and a desire to advance in metal building sales
      - Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with associates and customers
      - Thorough understanding of the construction process
      - Ability to work independently and support multiple projects simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4-year Bachelor's degree
      - Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications
      - Experience working in a team environment
