      Regional Supply Excellence (TPM) Manager - Franklin, TN
      The Regional Supply Excellence Manager will serve as an implementation leader for the design and roll-out of Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) across our sites. The MSE Manager will serve as a change agent to coach and train the factory management teams on the effective deployment of key MSE strategies and processes. As a regional manager they will drive a learning culture that embraces standardized work, utilizing the MSE framework to know (analyze), improve and sustain organizational and operations performance. The MSE coach will apply competence in Total Productive Maintenance methodology as well as daily management systems to drive effective loss reduction activities. Success will be measured by the results achieved by the sites in terms of operational performance improvements, capability building, and demonstration of desired behaviors, measured through the MSE maturity audit.

      What are we looking for?

      • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical degree

      • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment

        Knowledge / Experience

      • 5+ years of experience working with and understanding TPM principals and methods (specifically, AM, PM, FI, and FMOS)

      • 8+ years prior experience in Manufacturing leadership positions

      • Multi-plant and / or multi-unit projects experience

      • Training in Project Management, food safety, associate safety, P&L principles, and Supply / Manufacturing practices

      What will be your key responsibilities?

      • Engage operations and functional leaders in meaningful reviews of operational KPIs to determine appropriate responses

        to close gaps

      • Manage site Supply Excellence Managers in deployments and develop their skills and capabilities

      • Manage stakeholders to align on goals and targets (operationally and financially) and quantification of benefits

      • Leverage the deployment of new technologies such as digital manufacturing and IT, data analytics and automation, and

        other I4.0 tools with synergy to the overall plant’s strategy

      • Define and maintain objectives/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and review and assess ongoing performance and trends of the overall operations.

      • Lead Implementation (design & execution of MSE processes vs Framework)

      • Accountable for Process delivery

      • Drive PMO Governance of MSE

      • Provide input for MSE Academy training program planning process to ensure regional training needs are met

      • Actively Lead community of Practice connections to share best practices and learn from others
