      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Directly supervise Assistant Managers, Leasing Professionals, and Service Team employees across various properties
      - Hire and train Property Managers, approving all on-site hiring decisions
      - Approve operating and capital budgets for each property, submitting to owners as required
      - Inspect properties regularly to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
      - Conduct annual resident surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree is helpful but not required
      - Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification is highly recommended
      - Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
      - Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software, such as YieldStar

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in property management or a related field
      - Familiarity with Fair Housing standards and regulations
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
      - Experience in conducting performance reviews and managing staff
