What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attend and support events hosted by the employer and Event Partners as needed
- Maintain regular communication with the employer staff regarding events and team support
- Assist with the collection of data to evaluate event success and team engagement
- Provide support for volunteer recruitment and grant application reviews
- Uphold organizational policies and maintain a productive work environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior event experience and a strong history of well-run events
- Experience with RobotEvents and Tournament Manager
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Personal transportation for travel to events
- Weekend availability and commitment to attend assigned events

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior coach or mentor experience within the robotics community
- Familiarity with the Event Partner process for event management
- Commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
