- Leverage global frameworks, systems and programs and drive continuous improvement, while ensuring a consistent regional approach to sourcing, recruiting talent and secure a strong talent pipeline.
- Transition the business to value proactive talent sourcing, internal career management and mobility
- Work closely with the Talent Development Team and Marketing & Communications teams to proactively communicate and promote our Employee Value Proposition through the career sites and external careers sites such as LinkedIn.
- Work closely with the HR Business Partners and their teams to ensure Talent Acquisition activities are consistent and efficient, providing an enhanced employment experience for our people and a commercial contribution to the organisation.
- Take ownership of projects & initiatives to drive forward TA optimization in the form of efficient use of our systems, processes & recruitment marketing practices.
- At least 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience within a professional services sector delivering high-touch, consultative full-cycle recruitment.
- Successful track record of delivering on recruitment needs that lead to positive business outcomes, provide efficient and effective services to secure talent.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding techniques, recruitment marketing and proactive talent management.
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS (Workday preferred) ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools. Detailed knowledge of LinkedIn and posting jobs on social media and job boards.
- Experience working across diverse cultures and countries and business environments.
- Experience in process improvement, recruitment systems & recruitment marketing strategies.
