Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.

      As a Senior Associate, you'll provide support for integration across IT systems . The role will be to work with teams across the network to understand system integrations with global solutions and assist teams with escalations and troubleshooting .

      • Assist with d ocument ation on integrations across global systems including all local system integrations into global solutions

      • Participate in projects to deploy new solutions and assist with cross functional integrations where necessary

      • Manage ticketing queues for support incidents and escalate to third and fourth level support teams as necessary

      • Participate in deployment and release planning activities for implementation of enterprise business solutions

      • Build relationships with network support teams to assist in resolution and prioritisation of issues

      • Assist Integrations Lead with priorita tion of work activities related to integrations and enterprise business solutions

      • Assist with communication on changes to systems and tools where integrations may be impacted

      • Participate in meetings on changes to global solutions and update applicable documents to reflect changes

      • Assist with the creation of support documentation such as knowledge base articles, stand ard operating procedures etc.

      • Other activities that may be related to the overall support of integrations of systems for the Caribbean

      • Participate in meetings with business teams, building relationships to offer technology and support assistance . Additionally, identify opportunities for process and service improvements to enhance overall operations

      • Deliver primary support for business applications utilized in day-to-day operations

      Preferred skills

      • Must be willing to work overtime as necessary to complete project deliverables or when dealing with urgent support incidents , which could impact service delivery for the firm . Will be required to carry mobile device with access to PwC services.

      Minimum years experience required

      • Undergraduate degree in Computer Sc ience/ Information Technology or related discipline.

      • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a technology role with experience supporting enterprise applications

      • One or more of the following certifications will be considered an asset:

      • Project management qualifications (example, PMP) will be considered an asset.

      • IT Service Management e.g. ITIL 4
