What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate onboarding and development of new hires within the sales team
- Provide coaching and development to ensure trainees progress and master training materials
- Create new training content and document best practices for the Training & Development curriculum
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align sales training with business strategies
- Support the ongoing education of sales personnel through various training workshops and programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of top-tier performance sales experience within surgical ophthalmology and/or optometry
- Proven track record in classroom training and implementation of adult learning principles
- Strong relationship-building skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide specific written coaching feedback and work independently as well as in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in sales training models or personnel management
- Knowledge of the human eye, ocular surgeries, and glaucoma
- Experience in sales training within the medical device industry
