      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain agency relationships to grow revenue for the employer's products
      - Manage a territory of 120-150 truck and commercial specialist accounts
      - Analyze territory performance to execute strategic growth and profitability plans
      - Deliver training and support to agents to enhance their understanding of the employer's products
      - Document sales calls and strategies to support agency growth efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with independent agents in the trucking industry
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to follow complex instructions
      - Experience driving sales results and working with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
      - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone
      - Valid driver's license and auto insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant sales or insurance experience
      - Previous experience in the trucking industry
