      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive profitable sales for the power utility business in the assigned territory
      - Develop, implement, and execute effective territory business plans
      - Prioritize end customers, markets, and distributors for effective territory management
      - Implement promotions and directives as set by division management
      - Collaborate with other power utility territories and divisions to meet customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher and two (2) years direct sales OR electric utility industry experience in a private, public, government, or military environment; OR Associate's degree and five (5) years of sales experience in a similar environment
      - Current, valid driver's license
      - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA is preferred
      - Sales experience in the Electric Utility Market
      - Field/Channel sales experience
      - Ability to qualify and prioritize sales opportunities within assigned territory
      - Experience working in a matrix environment or large complex organization
