      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with Regional Operations Managers and hospital leadership to assess and support recruiting needs
      - Develop recruitment strategies and communicate them with leadership teams
      - Build and engage a strategic pipeline of active and passive Veterinarian candidates
      - Conduct phone interviews and negotiate offers with candidates and hospital leadership
      - Attend veterinary campus recruiting events and industry conferences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a relevant field
      - Minimum of 3 years of proven veterinary recruiting experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions and candidates

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM development and advanced search techniques
      - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
      - Commitment to data integrity and effective communication skills
