      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Spearhead growth with Fortune 100 employers by creating market demand and developing buyer strategies

      - Develop and execute a detailed plan to meet individual sales targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in a direct sales role, with at least 5 years of experience working with HR buyers in large companies
      - Strong sales performance history that can be validated through documentation and references
      - In-depth understanding of the modern healthcare ecosystem
      - Proven organizational skills, including deal management in Salesforce
      - Demonstrated comfort with data and ability to discuss analytics with diverse audiences
