Job Description
- Req#: 20958
- Doctorate in psychology or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed (or license eligible with application pending) to practice psychology in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 5 (five) years’ experience administering a mental health program, experience in corrections is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 15% to correctional facilities, regional offices, client and/or vendor sites.
- Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance requirement
- Leads the planning, development, and implementation of evidence-based behavioral health treatment programs.
- Coordinates development, revision, and implementation of policies and procedures for the identification, assessment, and provision of required mental health services for incarcerated individuals.
- Provides clinical supervision to behavioral health staff.
- Monitors efforts of staff ensure behavioral health services are being provided in a timely, professional manner.
- Acts as point of contact for corrections administrative staff for discussion of treatment programs and problem resolution as needed.
- Provides utilization, process, and outcomes-based reports of behavioral health services to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Provides consultation and training services to corrections and healthcare personnel and leadership as indicated.
- May assume direct patient care responsibilities when indicated.
- Inform behavioral health quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Responsibilities
Salary: $180,000 + full benefits.
