What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Overall P&L accountability for assigned region
- Prepare regional budget and approve regional and account budgets
- Ensure corporate procedures are installed and operating
- Maintain direct contact with Clients and attend QBR's
- Recruit and train Regional Managers and assist in the selection and training of account managers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong background in a senior leadership role with exposure to contract management, customer service, people development
- Proven experience in successfully managing P&L budgets in Facilities Management Departments
- Extensive travel required in this position
- Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including Microsoft Office
