      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the strategic direction and sales growth of the business development team in the Midwest region
      - Train, coach, and develop a team of direct reports while holding them accountable for performance
      - Identify and qualify new business targets and orchestrate necessary resources to win new contracts
      - Analyze potential new business markets and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies
      - Accurately forecast sales, manage expenses, and ensure CRM integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or extensive leadership training preferred
      - 15+ years of successful sales experience, with 8+ years in sales leadership roles in food service
      - Proven leadership qualities and experience as a strategic innovator
      - Extensive experience in government or education services sales
      - Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Consultative sales experience at a national level with multi-site decision-making
      - Experience managing and/or selling large volume, complex P&L and fee contracts
