StoneGate Senior Living in Lewisville is hiring a Regional Dietitian (Registered Dietitian ) for our DFW Region. Stonega te Senior Living, LP is headquartered in Lewisville Texas, 25 miles north of Dallas. The Regional will provide support services to our state-of-the-art senior care communities located in East Texas.

The Regional Dietitian is the nutrition expert, responsible for the medical nutrition therapy of resident’s residing at StoneGate managed facilities.

The Regional Dietitian will work in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and participate in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of services in StoneGate managed facilities.

The Regional Dietitian will assist StoneGate managed facilities in maintaining regulatory standards for Nutrition Services related to the clinical assessment process, sanitation and meal service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Medical nutrition therapy including assessment of new admissions, enteral/parenteral feedings, wounds, weight changes and dialysis.
• Monthly kitchen observation and test tray reviews.
• Assistance with complaint investigations and annual surveys.
• Orientation and education of newly hired Nutrition Services Managers.
• Review of department cost control systems.
• Participation in Regional team meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Current Texas License
