      Job summary

      We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Emergency & Urgent Care Team in Withybush General Hospital. There are various full time and part time hours available.

      The busy department consists of 4 Resus Bays, 12 Majors Bays, a Minor Injuries Unit.

      The Department is able to provide dynamic intervention for the critically ill or injured patient. The Emergency Care Team is strongly centred on teamwork and patient care and the staff are proud to work in a diverse and friendly supportive environment.

      Main duties of the job

      The successful candidate would be required to hold an NMC Registration and provide evidence of professional development, with a desire to work in the Emergency & Urgent Care Unit.

      Ideally, the candidate will have experience of working within an Acute Care Setting, however, full support and training would be given to any candidate who is motivated to join our team.

      An informal meeting and a walkabout of the department is welcomed.

      The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

      Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
