- Undertakingnursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions.
- Advisingfamilies of residents andGPsof any changes in condition, which gives rise to concern and keeps them informed and involved in choices for ongoing care.
- Responsibilityfor the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during the period of duty and residents receive required care.

- Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration.
- Demonstrate a minimum 2years experienceand up to date knowledge of care,supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualification.

- ADBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.

Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. You will ensure high standards of care for the residents, undertaking nursing tasks such as distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions.
