- Awareness of current legislation within independent care sector

At Stagenhoe, we provide the care people need to optimise their health and wellbeing, maximise their independence and support their emotional and social needs.
Our assessment centres, rehabilitation units and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support and help improve the lives of people with a neurological condition or brain injury.
Main duties of the job
About the role:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care using evidence based guidelines
To work collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high quality care
Maintain all records in line with corporate policies and procedures and NMC guidelines
Carry out all clinical care in line with Brainkind policies and procedures
Ensure the care team provide all care in line with the inter-professional evidence based care plan
Where appropriate be responsible for the management of patient care during the shift
