Main duties of the job

Registered General Nurse Day Surgery

Band 5 (£29,970 - £36,483)

Permanent contract 30 hours/week

Holme Valley Mem Hospital

The day surgery team are expanding their workforce therefore we have an excellent opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and self-motivated person to join the team.

The service runs Monday to Friday (working hours 7.30 6.30 pm)

The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence based individualised programmes of care for patients attending for outpatient and surgical procedures. The post holder will also assist in the management and organisation of nursing work for the departments ensuring that clinical care always meets required standards of patient safety and quality outcomes.
