What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review precertification admission and concurrent reviews for appropriateness using InterQual criteria
- Enter and reference data via PC and collaborate with facilities, providers, and Medical Directors
- Utilize clinical knowledge and experience to ensure patient care and health care delivery processes are efficient
- Conduct triage, case management, or utilization reviews
- Work some weekends and corporate holidays as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Registered Nurse with current Michigan RN License
- Associate Degree or nursing diploma required
- Two (2) years of patient care experience
- Expertise in medical terminology
- InterQual knowledge preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years acute care experience with an unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- ICU/ER experience preferred
- Advanced computer skills
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
