About Moston:

Moston Grange, a 64-bedded nursing home comprising of four units (two male-only and two female-only), is committed to providing specialised care for adults over the age of 65 with various complex needs, including: Dementia or other associated conditions, alcohol-related problems, acquired brain injuries, progressive conditions such as Huntingtons and mental health conditions. About you:

You are a dedicated Registered Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC pin, bringing a wealth of compassion and enthusiasm to your care.

You have stayed current with the latest evidence-based practices and possess a solid understanding of regulatory requirements that inform your practice.

You are committed to excellence in care and strive to deliver outstanding outcomes for our residents.

You will have minimum 1 year of experience and will have completed your preceptorship.

You can manage a fast paced, dynamic workload whilst looking to have continuous improvements in care delivery.

You enjoy being part of a diverse, high performing team.

Summary:

Salary: £18.50-£20.23 per hour (40,000 to 44,000)

Schedule:

- Full-time available

- 8:00 to 20:00

- 20:00 to 08:00
