What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Mentoring on-call staff as appropriate
- Performing triage functions utilizing nursing judgment
- Dispatching on-call nurses as needed and making home visits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Registered Nurse with a current license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Experience in hospice, oncology, or home health preferred
- Current RN License
- Possession of a current driver's license and automobile insurance as required by Tennessee State Law

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in hospice, oncology, or home health services
- Additional certifications in relevant healthcare specialties
