What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate investigation and analysis of quality/patient safety issues and significant care trends
- Develop and analyze data for clinical decision-making and regulatory compliance
- Lead task forces to implement process improvements and patient safety programs
- Support facility quality and safety goals in alignment with regulatory requirements
- Act as a consultant and educator in program development and special projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in nursing or a healthcare-related field
- RN license in the state of employment or equivalent clinical background
- Minimum of five years of acute care clinical experience
- Proficient in complex statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification is preferred
- Experience with process improvement and regulatory/accreditation programs
- Skills in data management and graphic development for presentations
- Additional related education and/or experience preferred
