      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate investigations and analyses of quality and patient safety issues, leading root cause and process improvement initiatives
      - Develop and analyze data for decision-making and regulatory compliance, preparing reports for various stakeholders
      - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement facility-wide quality and patient safety programs
      - Support the implementation of policies and procedures meeting regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
      - Act as a consultant and educator in program development and special projects as directed by supervisors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in nursing or a healthcare-related field, with an RN license or equivalent clinical background
      - Minimum of five years of acute care clinical experience
      - Proficiency in complex statistical analysis and strong problem-solving skills
      - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage programs and projects effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
      - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification preferred
      - Experience in process improvement and regulatory/accreditation programs
      - Familiarity with data management and analysis, including graphic development and presentations
      - Additional education and/or experience in healthcare quality improvement preferred
