      Fast-paced, high volume Wound Care Clinic is looking for top skilled nurses. Is that you?

      · Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104

      · Work hours: Full Time 40 hour work week M-F 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

      Here’s What You Need

      · Associate degree or Nursing Diploma required

      · BSN preferred

      · One-year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program.

      · Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire

      · Current BLS (required) – expiration date greater than 3 months preferred.

      · 2+ years of strong Med/surg RN experience in acute care or wound care setting including charge/preceptor skills (preferred)

      What You Will Do

      · Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process

      · R esponsible for delivery of wound care treatments as ordered by Physician.

      · Work with other team members to resolve patient issues.

      · Ensure communication with other care providers is timely, accurate, and complete.

      · Post-operative patient/family teaching and discharge instructions, referrals and supply needs.

      · Utilizes evidence-based practice to a dminister wound care.
