What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise staff and operations within the Virtual Care Operation Center, ensuring efficient patient flow and bed capacity management
- Collaborate with campus and VCOC leadership on key metrics and outcomes related to capacity management
- Lead and support team collaboration to enhance patient care services
- Develop and integrate real-time trends and data analysis to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in the VCOC
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania RN license or a multi-state license verified through the Nursing Licensure Compact
