What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise VCOC staff and operations to ensure efficient patient flow and bed capacity management
- Collaborate with campus and VCOC leadership to develop key metrics and outcomes related to capacity management
- Foster team collaboration to enhance overall operational efficiency
- Oversee real-time management of patient care within the Virtual Care Operation Center
- Lead initiatives to improve patient experiences and operational outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania RN license or a multi-state license through the Nursing Licensure Compact

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
