      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage simultaneous external mental health parity investigations from federal and state regulatory agencies
      - Serve as the primary point of contact both internally and externally throughout the course of investigations
      - Maintain relationships with regulators and coordinate with business partners regarding requests and issue remediation
      - Summarize and communicate issues identified while maintaining detailed documentation
      - Draft and organize responsive analyses and documentation for production to regulatory agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience working in managed care and/or insurance
      - 3+ years of experience in a regulatory affairs, compliance, or project management role
      - Proven project management and organizational skills
      - Experience effectively communicating with various internal and external audiences
      - Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

      - Experience with and knowledge of mental health parity laws, regulations, and compliance
