      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full prior authorization lifecycle, including navigating complex payer policies and securing timely approvals
      - Resolve escalated reimbursement issues and streamline processes for efficiency
      - Collaborate with internal teams and ordering physician offices to ensure effective communication
      - Maintain comprehensive documentation of payer requirements and support process improvement initiatives
      - Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience with a focus on prior authorization and payer relations
      - Expert-level knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer authorization policies
      - Proven success in managing complex claims and overturning denials through advanced appeal strategies
      - Proficiency with revenue cycle tools and systems, including payer portals and EDI enrollment
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex issues effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with laboratory billing workflows and national/regional payer requirements
      - Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and trend analysis for reporting
