What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Submit timely and accurate invoices to payers for services and products provided
- Evaluate and apply payments received accurately to the patient account
- Follow up on submitted invoices to ensure prompt payment and address any denials
- Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines outlined in contract terms and fee schedules
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0 - 6 months of previous Infusion Reimbursement or Intake/Admissions experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare billing or reimbursement processes
- Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
