      Description

      • Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
        • Coordinate across all software development groups to ensure deployment packages and configurations are complete, accurate and meet required deadlines.
        • Coordinate and execute all deployment activities pertaining to upcoming code and implementing releases.
        • Ensure application releases are delivered on time and that they meet or exceed business, quality, security, and scalability expectations.
        • Work with the Product Managers, and Delivery Project Managers to forward plan the deployments releases and activities.
        • Provide delivery and implementation support for customer user acceptance testing and go-live activities.
        • Manage risk and resolve issues that affect application quality, stability, and security for assigned deployments.
        • Conduct in-depth investigations into escalated support issues and reported incidents in production environments.
        • Monitor all modules and components of the system in production environment to ensure all systems are working as expected by the business.
        • Assist with maintaining and documenting all modules and components of the system, their dependencies, and optimal operation to ensure successful deployments and configuration.
        • Work in team environments that span functional and geographic boundaries.
        • Uphold strict PCI standards for deployment procedures and security.

      • Experience & Education :
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
      • 2+ years of previous release management, or quality assurance, or technical project management experience.
      • Advanced knowledge of PCI DSS requirements for software development lifecycle.
      • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of code releases including continues delivery and deployment strategies.
      • Intermediate to advanced knowledge working with web-based application, API’s integration, site configuration and SQL.
      • Fundamental to intermediate knowledge of the payment processing systems and insurance industry.
      • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
      • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills.
