What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver SENTRY machine health solution services to KCF SMARTdiagnostics customers
- Configure and maintain customer SMARTdiagnostics machine health platform
- Provide coaching and training on SMARTdiagnostics machine health platform
- Perform remote asset health monitoring of customer equipment
- Create and deliver SENTRY Reports with actionable insights and root cause analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, physical science, or similar
- 2-3 years industry-specific experience preferred
- Vibration Analysis experience strongly preferred (CAT II or CAT III certification)
- Superior communication skills; written, face-to-face, and over the phone
- Ability to travel up to 20%
