What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, organize, and manage data collection projects, establishing project timelines and milestones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are successfully met
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Prepare clear reports summarizing data collection findings and present to stakeholders
- Perform regular quality checks on data and provide feedback to improve data quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field; technical discipline or engineering degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, data analytics, or a similar role
- At least 2 years of managerial experience overseeing a team of front-line employees
- Proficient in data collection methodologies, data analysis techniques, and project management principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification preferred
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification preferred
- Strong understanding of corporate real estate fundamentals and facilities maintenance
- Experience with real estate software applications and data management tools
