What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and account growth
- Develop and maintain intricate client relationships within healthcare systems and revenue cycle management
- Present strategic solutions to clients, addressing their unique challenges and needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business outcomes and enhance client satisfaction
- Provide industry insights to ensure the employer's solutions remain competitive and valuable
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cultivating and managing client relationships within healthcare systems or related environments
- At least 7 years of B2B selling experience, with a focus on healthcare sales
- Proven experience selling Medical Coding, Clinical Documentation, Medical Transcription, or AI solutions
- Ability to engage with C-suite executives and develop strategic partnerships
- Strong presentation and lead generation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in solution-driven, technology-enabled consulting or high-growth provider organizations
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving personal improvement
- Experience with Salesforce and account-based marketing technologies
- High level of empathy and ability to understand healthcare from the client's perspective
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a detail-oriented approach to meeting deadlines
