      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage consumers to assist them with managing their delinquent accounts
      - Negotiate to resolve outstanding balances using a consultative approach
      - Maintain and manage a workload of delinquent accounts for timely resolution
      - Ensure compliance with all necessary documentation and payment processing
      - Perform skip tracing techniques to locate consumer contact information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years old
      - High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree is a plus
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Collections, Sales, Telemarketing, Medical Billing, Call Center, Customer Service, or Banking
      - Must attend the full training schedule and work a full-time schedule, including weekends as assigned
      - Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in accounts receivable management or debt recovery
      - Familiarity with FDCPA and other collection regulations
      - Proficiency in using software packages, databases, and the internet for documentation
